On-the-go dining at Disney World

When you book a reservation at a Disney theme-park resort, you can also include a dining plan to your vacation package. Disney offers Quick-Service, Package Plus, Package Plus Deluxe, Premium Package, and Platinum Packages.

But fortunately, you don't need a package to eat at you favorite restaurant.

Launched in May of last year is Disney's online dining reservation website that can work with iPhone, Android or the Blackberry Smartphone.

You can book a dining reservation as much as 180 days in advance. The new technology is especially convenient when your walking through a theme-park and the kids are screeming to eat breakfast at let's say "The Crystal Palace". Now, it's no problem.

At one point, guests would have to either call or walk to the restaurant only to find out that they were completely booked, but now, the savvy mother will pull out her Android and get real-time seating availability at the restaurant of her choice.

Disney offers a host a wonderful restaurants that span the gamut from character to dinner shows, dining events to signature dining, Disney has it all.

To eat at one of Disney's restaurants, reservations must be made at least one hour advance. Knowing where you want to eat before you arrive is the key to the best seating.

Kids will enjoy American cuisine at the 1900 Park Fare, buffet-styled breakfast at Chef Mickey's, dine with their favorite princess at Cinderella's Royal Table, or old fashioned dinner show at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue.
